Kidsational Inc. Announces New Board Members as Well as Update on Progress

Kidsational Inc. has appointed two new members to it's Board of Directors. Mr. Clayton Adler as the Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Harry Drought Jr. as a Director and Advisor. In addition Kidsational Inc. updates shareholders on it's progress over the first half of January 2009.

LOS GATOS, CA, January 22, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kidsational Inc.'s (Other OTC:KDSC.PK - News) Kidsational Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of two additional members to the Board of Directors as well as its progress thus far in the month of January.

Clayton A. Adler has been officially appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Adler has worked in the business consulting industry for the last 7 years. Mr. Adler's experience in finance, sales, and marketing gave his firm huge expansion over the past 7 years, as well as his own personal financial success stories. Mr. Adler also is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of California of which for the past 3 years has garnished a reputation for drive, initiative and dedication in property management and investments in the Real Estate Industry. When asked about his appointment Mr. Adler responded with the following, "I am very excited to be a part of this newly formed team. The ideas and plans are exact and intelligent. Harry Drought Jr. has been officially appointed as a Director of Kidsational Inc. and Business Development Advisor. A native of San Antonio Texas, Mr. Drought has been involved in Commercial Real Estate as a Sales/Leasing Consultant with Drought Properties for over 7 years, producing 20+ million in sales and leasing annually. In 2003 he became a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. Mr. Drought lead his company to specialize in Multi-Family Property Brokerage and Retail Property Leasing/Brokerage along with 1031 Exchanges, Tenant Representation, NNN Leasing, Upside Investment Properties, & Mini-Storage Brokerage. Drought Properties is one of San Antonio's leading Brokerage & Property Management Companies responsible for the management of 2,000+ multi-family units with over 1 million square feet. Mr. Drought Jr. had the following to say, "I am very pleased that we are moving forward with things. I see great potential in our team and our short and long term plans."
