THE knives are out for David Cameron as the Tories lose their minds over the EU referendum .

Bookies have slashed the odds on Cameron stepping down as Tory leader by the end of the year after a series of extraordinary attacks from senior figures in his own party .

Boris Johnson, Michael Gove and Priti Patel have all put the boot in. But it’s backbencher Nadine Dorries who became the first MP to publicly call for a leadership contest.

Whatever the result on June 23, the damage to the Conservative Party is going to be longlasting.
