Silver Bar Oil & Gas Inc. Announces Monthly Cash Distribution for July

July 16, 2008, Palm Bay, Florida.

Frank Love, President of Silver Bar Oil & Gas Inc. issues the following statement. "Silver Bar Oil & Gas Inc. announces a cash distribution for the month of July 2008, on its Gas and Oil interest. Royalties will be distributed immediately to all shareholders with a date of record of 16 June 2008."

On a go forward basis, Silver Bar Oil & Gas Inc. intends to continue announcing cash distributions on a monthly cycle.
