200 US Organizations Ask Holder to Appoint a Special Prosecutor for
Bush, Cheney, et alia



Two hundred organizations, including IPAS JEWISH AUSCHWITZ RESISTANCE
now, After Downingstreet, Democrats.com, the
Robert Jackson Steering Committee, the Center for Constitutional
Rights, the National Lawyers Guild, the Society of American
Teachers, Human Rights USA, the American Freedom Campaign , and the
Bill of Rights Defense Committee,
have signed a joint statement urging Attorney General Eric Holder to
appoint a special prosecutor for former top officials
of the Bush Administration.

The organizations urge Attorney General Eric Holder to appoint a
non-partisan independent Special Counsel to immediately commence
a prosecutorial investigation into the most serious alleged crimes of
former President George W. Bush , former Vice President Richard
B. Cheney, the attorneys formerly employed by the Department of
Justice whose memos sought to justify torture, and other former
top officials of the Bush Administration.

The laws , and treaties that under Articel VI of the Constitution are
the supreme law of the land, require the proscution of
crimes that strong evidence suggests these individuals have committed.
Both Bush and Cheney have confessed to authorizing
a torture procedure that is illegal under law and treaty obligations.
Bush has confessed to violating the Foreign Surveillance Act.
The organizations believe the most effective investigation can be
conducted by a prosecutor.

IPAS JEWISH AUSCHWITZ RESISTANCE says:

The former President Gerorge W. Bush has subjected the HOLOCAUST, one
of the Worst Crimes in human history, under
his "Imperial Presidency". Bush and Advisors misused the Auschwitz
lawsuit of Jewish Auschwitz Resistance at the
Federal District Court of Columbia in Washington DC. to establish
"Holocaust II" as weapon in the "War on Evil".

Bush had confessed in the trial:
"The US accepts the well-pled allegations of the complaint as true."
On Jan. 11, 2008 he has repeated his confession in Yad Vashem with
taboo-breaking words::
"We should have bombed Auschwitz."

But the former President and his attorneys have declared also:
"President's Sovereign Immunity applies even in Holocaust cases.
Federal Courts do not have jurisdiction.".

Through this statement the President and Advisors have broken the
Principle of American Martial Law:
"Commander's Responsiblity for Crimes against Humanity on innocent
civilians", which has been confirmed by treaties.

The Jewish Auchwitz Resistance at once had reacted with some " Calls
for President-Holocaust-Impeachment-Scrutiny"
.
Bush and Advisors had manipulated the "Principles of Fair Trial" too.
Three Federal Judges in Washington DC did
not take over President's unconstitutional Holocaust Usurpation. Then
an attorney has been promoted to Federal
Judge - to confirm the position regarding Holocaust I. and II. without
the hearing of the Holocaust plaintiffs and without
the delivering of documents.

Now the prosecutor and President Obama should act to restore TRUTH,
JUSTICE and the HOLOCAUST RULES...
