A CAR retailer in Bradford has been shortlisted for a prestigious accolade.

Clive Brook Volvo, on Canal Road, has been shortlisted for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Business of the Year in the Telegraph & Argus Bradford Means Business Awards 2021. This is down to its financial success and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the past twelve months.

The awards, which celebrate the successes and achievements of companies that are integral to Bradford’s economy, recognise those which have demonstrated a strong financial performance and commitment to advancing the local economy over the last year.

For all finalists, judges will consider current trading performance and the prospective growth and development opportunities for the future of the business.

The judges have selected three finalists in each of the 10 categories, who are all invited to a black-tie gala dinner, which is being held at the Bradford Hotel on September 30.

Bradford Telegraph and Argus:

Clive Brook, retailer principal at Clive Brook Volvo, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for us, as it recognises how hard our team has worked to deliver exceptional customer service during these unprecedented and challenging times for businesses.

“All of our team members go above and beyond what is expected of them. To be shortlisted to the final three in this category demonstrates our dedication to giving great experiences to all our customers and creating memorable and enjoyable moments for anyone who walks through our doors.

“I am extremely proud of everyone at Clive Brook Volvo and would like to thank them for all of their efforts – this shortlisting would not have been possible without them. With restrictions now lifted, we invite customers new and old to our showroom and enjoy a cup of coffee and a chat with the team about their automotive needs.”
